MER ( Mind Elevation Relaxation ) is a non profit organization to help people who are suffering from mental health issues achieve their dreams. Whether it's Sports, medicine or businesses, it's our duty to help you get through your mental health and achieve. Where we come from, many men and women don't get to see their whole lives due to mental health. People who are afraid to express and scared to live is something we want to stop. "Mind" determines your mindset. What are you going to do in order to change yourself and the people around you for the better? Find yourself. Can you forgive? Can you let go? Find the problem to why you can't achieve anymore. "Elevation" to be free. Elevate to a place you never thought you could reach and accomplish. Love yourself, have self-confidence in yourself and trust the process. We all have different paths to achieve our goals so we should not get discouraged. Don't make your life hard. Rise at a higher level to show people there's no limit. " Relaxation" one step at a time. Relax while being the best person you an be to achieve your goal. Our human lives and goals include a long process. Growing up and seeing people take their own lives saddens us because we know we have the ability to change lives for the future. If things aren't going your way, just remember why you're pursing your lifetime achievement. We need to learn and realize that you are loved. And again, trust the process and be relax. Don't overthink! As this starts, we hope many people will realize that you're here for a purpose. We need to change our communities for the youth because if they don't have someone to look up too, how will they have faith with no one telling them what to do in order to be successful and live a better life?
